1)What are the hours of operation?

The hours for services at Family Partners start at 7:00 AM and run through 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

2) Is the center licensed or certified if required by the state?

Yes, Family Partners is licensed and certified from the State of Missouri. The State Department of Health and Senior Services has issued the qualified documents. (Effective on opening date of facility Spring 2008.)

3) Does the center provide transportation?

Yes, for an additional fee Family Partners does offer transportation to and from your family home within a 4 mile radius. We even offer supervised transportation to doctors’ appointments along with scheduled outdoor activities.

4) What is the staff-to participant ratio?

The state requirement to operate an Adult Day Care Center is a ratio of a minimum of two (2) direct care staff persons when two to sixteen (2 to 16) participants are present and one (1) additional direct care staff person for any portion of eight (8) additional participants present. This ratio does not include cooks, office staff and other staff members who provide no direct care.

5) Are licensed health care professionals on staff and available on a daily basis?

Yes, all of the direct care staff, Director, RN, and Activity Director are licensed and trained by the State of Missouri.

6) Is help with personal care provided?

Family Partners believes that your family members should feel like they are at home, so personal care and health care are provided. Some of the personal care services include bathing, grooming, hair and nail care, dressing, laundry services, etc.

7) Are meals and snacks provided?

Family Partners offers two (2) meals daily along with midmorning and afternoon snacks.

8) Are health screens offered such as taking blood pressure or monitoring food and liquids? Is assistance with med setups and taking prescription medications available?

Family Partners believes in helping the family members assist with the health care of your loved ones. Our qualified staff will work with their doctors and do what it takes to monitor their health.
